Award-winning Seattle Chef Renee Erickson’s Willmott’s Ghost known features authentic Roman style pizzas, seasonal dishes, and a curated wine list with an Italian focus. It’s also known for its must-see space in The Spheres. Order this: Pizza with sausage, tomato, pecorino, mozzarella, preserved lemon, chili flake.

Modern urban tavern from celebrated chef Ethan Stowell made its debut during the pandemic and is ready accommodate an influx of lunchtime diners in SLU. Snacks like fried Castelveltrano Olives, Tavern Wings, and Polenta Fries are excellent accompaniments to a nice assortment of burgs and salads. Order this: Nicoise salad with rare albacore tuna, green beans, soft egg, niçoise olives, potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, and herb dressing.
