Where to begin or need a little more encouragement to get started? Coach Beth Baker of Running Evolution will guide you through a 90 minute clinic. What to expect: Running basics, injury prevention, nutrition, proper bras and shoes information, plus answers to all of your running questions. The clinic will end with a demonstration and evaluations. What to bring: Your questions, running attire, running shoes, and a can-do attitude.
