We are a long way from dining normalcy in Seattle (and across the globe), but it’s good to see some neighborhood favorites are beginning to reopen. Cinque Terre is set to welcome guests back on February 1.
The sleek restaurant offers up freshly made pastas inspired by the Italian Riviera, locally sourced seafood, woodfired pizzas, and more.
“We’ll have the same great menu and still offer happy hour from 3pm to 5pm. One new item we are excited about is our lasagna—it’s cooked with our house-made sauce with beef and pork, ricotta, and parmesan layered in between house-made pasta,” said general manager Michael Barnett.
Cinque Terre will be attaching a tent to cover its patio. Diners can enjoy cotoletta di pollo alla parmigiana (chicken cutlet parmigiana), zuppa di pesce (a seafood soup with lobster, octopus, prawn, pacific perch, and calamari), and more under cover in the heated patio.
In addition, Barnett said the restaurant is making online ordering for pickup a major focus in 2021. Watch for updates to its website in the coming weeks to order online. If you’re looking for delivery, Cinque Terre will partner with Uber Eats, Postmates, Grubhub, and DoorDash, too.
Barnett maintains that the restaurant will continue to prioritize safety for its guests and employees.
