Founded in 2007, Skillet Street Food emerged in Seattle as a pioneer of the burgeoning street food scene, operating from a vintage Airstream with a menu of American classics with a twist. The brand quickly captured the hearts of locals through its unique culinary experiences and social media engagement.

Today, Skillet has evolved beyond the streets, establishing five beloved locations: Skillet Diner Capitol Hill, Skillet Diner Post Alley near Pike Place, Skillet Counter Seattle Center, Skillet Counter Regrade, and Skillet Diner SeaTac Airport. While we’ve grown, our ethos remains unchanged—commitment to quality, innovation, and a personal touch in every meal.
