On February 14, stop by the Valentine’s Day Pop-Up at Day 1 Playfield from 11am to 2pm for a free celebration featuring a stem bar (while supplies last) and card-making stations—because nothing says “I love you” like something handmade. And for a picture-perfect moment, visit the P.S. I Love SLU installation at the same location anytime from February 1 through 28. With charming chalk art and a themed phone booth, it’s the ideal backdrop to capture sweet moments.

Take things up a beefy notch with a tomahawk steak for two, presented tableside on a salted block for an unforgettable culinary moment.

The Butcher’s Table

For those looking to elevate their experience, premium steak upgrades such as Five Star Filet, Classic Ribeye, or A5 Wagyu New York will be available as enhancements.

Diners can expect a selection of refined dishes, including big eye tuna carpaccio, wagyu beef tartare, shrimp cocktail, smoked king salmon, and Mishima Reserve New York steak, alongside thoughtfully prepared sides.
